When you digitize your memories with Capture, we want to make sure you are happy with the results. You will also receive a digital copy of each media in a downloadable format, plus any additional devices you ordered, such as a USB thumb drive and DVDs. What will I receive?įirst of all, you will receive the original media you mailed to us. Your original media and containers will be returned with your completed order. You will receive your completed order in about 4 weeks (includes processing and return shipping) from the time we receive your media it will include your originals and any Digital Copy, USB, or DVD you ordered.
