Cleanse Wave - (AoE Remove Evasion + Team Remove Tortures, 45s, 2 CD).Recommended Moveset Owner Of Duke Fishron Evasion Removal is a decent Elvira counter.Even in Wars the Duke of Atlantis is just too outclassed in his role. While he has some solid Support, none of it is useful to a point you should use him over the many incredible Support picks from older generations. Overall in the end though the Duke of Atlantis is pretty mediocre. He gets access to good Healing and Stamina Restore options. Duke's Relics then are one of the only majorly good things about him, packing the great Staff + Banner combo which is always real nice for a Support. SC Dmg Protection is unique but not necessarily good, it's better fit on a Tank monster. Duke's skillkit isn't the worst in the world but it doesn't stack up to an older monster like K911 or Shadowyna despite the major stat differences.
If your team is suffering from Controls or other nasty effects like Death Countdowns, NEP, PEB, etc, then only being able to remove Tortures, while good, isn't nearly as handy as NER. If the enemies have massive buffs, only being able to remove Evasion becomes a problem. It doesn't all sound too bad, but the very specific effects removal doesn't come nearly in handy as much as flat out PER or NER could have. Duke of Atlantis is a very middling Water/Metal Support who utilizes gimmicks like Remove Tortures, CDDA, Stamina Restores, Blind Immunity, Negative Effects Protected, and Evasion Removal.
